As a Guest Relations Officer, you will often be the first person our guests come into contact with. During this first interaction, it’s crucial that guests feel welcome immediately. You will ensure they have an unforgettable experience, while always adhering to our standards of hospitality.
Job description.
- Answer the phone.
- Handle incoming emails.
- Follow up on reservations for both the restaurant and the rooms.
- Handle complaints and provide professional solutions.
- Greet guests and escort them to their room or table.
- Perform check-outs for rooms.
- Work closely with the chef, hostess, and room manager to constantly optimize the guest experience.
- Brief the front-of-house and kitchen teams about special requests and group reservations in Salon Anna.
- Manage the schedule of Chef Thijs Vervloet.
Job requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- You work Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
