SOMMELIER

As a Sommelier, you are an important point of contact for our guests and contribute to creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience. You advise guests on their wine selection and provide professional, attentive wine service that perfectly complements our cuisine.

You will also be responsible for:

• Serving wines according to our high standards.
• Guiding guests through wine and food pairings.
• Managing and organizing the wine cellar.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring the proper handling and storage of wines.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of our wine list.
• Working closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a passion for wine and fine dining.

You have:

• Initial relevant experience as a sommelier or within a gastronomic restaurant.
• A strong interest in wine and the motivation to continuously expand your knowledge.
• A warm, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and a natural team spirit.
• Good command of Dutch and English (French is an advantage).
• Flexibility and a positive attitude.
