Job description.

Type: Full-time

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef. Together you form the heart of the kitchen, coordinating the team and ensuring the flawless execution of every dish. You will contribute your expertise, creativity, and leadership to further strengthen our culinary standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team together with the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes.
  • Organize kitchen operations, including inventory management and planning.
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to create a unique culinary experience.

Profile.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-level restaurant (Michelin experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills, a team player, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Creative, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work closely with the Executive Chef and fulfil a complementary role.
